Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SincerelyYours NG regarding your use of the gifting platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
Account Registration

Registry and Gift Services
Creating a Registry
You may create a wish list or gift registry for personal events. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies or is deemed inappropriate. Sharing your registry link allows guests to view and purchase items on your behalf.
Gift Purchase
When you purchase a gift from a registry, you enter into a direct relationship with the merchant or vendor. We are not responsible for the quality, delivery, or any issues related to gifts purchased through third parties. All prices are subject to change based on merchant availability.
Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
- Provide current, complete and accurate payment information
- You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
- No cash refunds for registry contributions
Intellectual Property Rights
The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SincerelyYours NG and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute any content you post to the platform for the purposes of providing our services.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SincerelyYours NG be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
- Any errors or omissions in platform content
- The conduct of any third-party merchants or users
Disclaimers
Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SincerelyYours NG and its employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service or breach of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
